there's this place we go to ng friends ko...small place lang, in front of abs-cbn.the name of the bar resto is wicked kitchen.

 

na try ko na mag drink alone while waiting for them...meron kasing nagiisang table pagpasok mo...the rest of the tables nasa 2nd floor na ...so i guess kung iinom ka magisa ok lang...un bar kasi nila katabi lang halos ng table na un e...and pede ka pa mag smoke...wala ka na kasing ibang table na available sa baba kundi yun ...air con pa!

I used to do this often. May specific araw pa 'ko - Thursday. I'd hang out sa Sidebar sa El Pueblo, Ortigas. Order 3 bottles of RH (kasi walang choice, mas mura pag 3) tapos uwi na pagkaubos. I sit by the bar nood ng TV.

 

I'd like to do it again sometime soon. Wala lang akong oras kasi daming ginagawa at mga taong kailangan pakilusin. Haaay...

for me, i sometimes prefer to be alone in a bar para mas madali dumiskarte sa girls..hehehe..anyway, minsan palpak din..hehe..

Yup! there is this bar near ABS-CBN, beside East St. Louie, 2nd floor of Kitaro...the name of the bar is VOTRE, the place is cozy because of the sofas and the price is very reasonable. I heard that they just opened 3 weeks ago. I was here last Sat, the vibe was cool and it was party mode. They dont want to to go full stream with advertising since they want the place to be laid back on weekdays. Staffs and regulars are friendly and will respect your space. I wont be surprised if soon they will be discovered by yuppies like me.

I don't like to drink much, but I like the concept of the English pub crawl. I don't want to score, I don't want to drink, I don't even want to just watch people. I want the whole experience.

Well, I am used to dining alone, going to bars alone, watching movies alone etc. It won't make you look pathetic. Not at all times that there would be someone with us if we want to chill out and have fun. Girls who go out alone looks more independent, tougher and hotter.
