Jacques
dont use gloves gusto ko kasing ma improve ang grip ko, for better deadlifts pullups,etc.. pag medyo di na kaya i use chalk or strapsI don't think wearing gloves is ditremental to grip training. Grip training relies so much on forearm strength. Quote Link to comment
Agent_mulder
Whenever I lift weights at home, I used this soft foam like black-thing that they used in bicycles, ok s'ya at siguradong hindi ka kakalyuhin.. Quote Link to comment
slippeddisk
when i started out, i used to wear gloves. but since it kinda gets sweaty, stinky & all o' that s@%t plus mainit cya sa kamay. so its been a year na since i dont wear gloves anymore. how bout you?! More of the hygiene reason, its prudent for safety. Im injured and want to make sure that i wont add to it while working out, so gloves are of most importance.. Pag nadulas delikado, and most of my training includes weights so i advice all to do the same. Ingat mga bro! Quote Link to comment
dakila
yes. i've always felt a lot safer when using gloves (alhtough i am not a serious fitness buff) Quote Link to comment

maksi
before i used to use gloves. i think i have used more than a dozen of 'em. till i felt being far off with the iron whenever i lift the bar. so decided the hell with callus in the palm let's get down and dirty do away witth he gloves. now i only use wrist support whenever i do dumbbell press or lateral raises. straps if i'm doing my ultimate lifts for deadlift and hacksquats or chins hanging leg raises. [U2]
One way to remove the colluses is to use a bar of detergent soap, rub it on the collus and presto, it becomes thin. Don't use it excessively though since you might use it too much, your hand palm might bleed. Quote Link to comment

tiyopaeng501
I find it weird pero depende sa type ng exercise ako nag gogloves. Pag push exercise, I wear gloves, pag pull naman, I take them off. Quote Link to comment
QueenGoddess
think of your gloves as an additional supportless stable than being taped up, better than none and we girls like them mildly soft, mildly roughnot contruction worker rough - that's too much Quote Link to comment
