Do You Wear Gloves When You Work Out?

i use gloves and hand wraps. yes hand wraps will weaken your grip strength pero para san mo naman gagamitin ang grip strength? pang crush ng coke in can? haha.

I started using gymnastic grips. I basically do several Kiping pullups and gymanstic grips works best for me. Tape is also an option but it's just too hassle to put.

I use Harbinger gloves. Guys take care of your hands, pangit naman pag nag holding hands kayo ng GF nyo tapos puro kalyo kamay mo hahaha

pag bgo p ang paltos sa kamay ngglogloves ako. pero pag matigas n kalyo d nko nggloves. mas ok grip ko pg walang gloves. esp. sa deadlift at row.

try adidas, that's where i got mine....made sure also, got 2 pairs.

went to Nike Outlet in Marikina Riverbanks and found a lovely gloves in colour pink... maganda pa dito, instead of it's original price which is 900++ I got it for 600petot only

 

Also bought boyfie a new gym bag na pwedeng duffel and backpack at the same time.

pag walang gloves, you can use improvised rubber handles, for the palm para hindi kalyuhin. i remember one of my friends had his old bike's rubber handle cut in the middle, ayun meron na sya pang-gym, hekhekhek!
