Typoun
its a must. it helps a lot Quote Link to comment
Kroniklez
I wear it only for deadlifts and t-bar rows. For me it makes a difference for those 2 exercises because your skin doesn't get pinched and you have something less to worry about during the lift. Other than those 2 exercises..I just don't feel it helps me out in any way. Quote Link to comment
sierrav3
Yes it helps you feel comfortable during your heavy lifts and to avoid also calluses. Its like wearing a condom for safe sex Quote Link to comment

sierrav3
Btw, saan ko pwede bumili ng lifting straps dito sa pinas? is there a website or store that sells them? Daan ka sa malalaking malls pag uwi mo dito hanap ka lang nang mga sports house. Magandang brand ProLift medyo may kamahalan lang nang konti but ok yung quality Quote Link to comment
Kroniklez
Thanks bro! Try ko sa Manila malls kc here in Cavite parang wala sa mga SMs. "out of stock" daw Quote Link to comment

azrk
parati ako sumusuot ng gloves pero minsan talaga kung mabigat yung buhat d maiiswasan ang kalyo. Quote Link to comment
mrtin
I used to dati. Favorite ko Nike kasi parang suede ung texture niya. But eventually tinigil ko din kasi hassle to bring gloves and every couple of months nabubutas dahil sa wear and tear. Now wala na pero un nga may mga kalyo ako but no complaints!!! Feeling ko my grip is also better now. Quote Link to comment
m3t4lh3ad
I use chalk. It gives better grip, the same time you can really feel the bar better. I dunno probably a psychological thing for me ihmo. Pati minimize din ng kalyo, medyo makalat kaya better bring a rag or kung sa eclipse na meron ng chalk for everyone to use Quote Link to comment
ndn
Nope. hindi naman kelangan tsaka dagdag gastos lang. Mga lalake naman tayo eh we dont need soft smooth hands, yung mga kalyo part lang talaga ng pagbubuhat. Just my opinion though. Quote Link to comment
