Parang unethical lang tignan since team manager sya ng Ginebra tapos laging nasa likuran ng bench ng SMB Sa totoo lang yung ugali ni Chua sa mga body languange niya nakakasama sa Ginebra. But one of Eala's greatest contribution sa SMC team is ang pag alaga at pagkuha kay Junmar from amateur days until he came to the PBA. Its Eala's decision and plan na ipa ABL muna si Junmar instead of D-League and wait for the time na SMB ang maging 1st pick saka pinasali sa draft. Yung ganung style ng pag-aalaga ng future draft prospects ang kinokopya na ngayon ng MVP teams. Plus the Tim Cone and Joe Devance saga from Alaska to PF, its eala's idea too.. Im not saying na ibalik si eala, dahil marami rin atraso to sa team natin. Im just thinking, what if he stayed and worked well with Al Chua and now CFL, mabibiyayaan din kaya tayo tulad ng nangyari sa SMB at PF??? 1 Quote Link to comment

Kaya lang mukhang si EALA ren ang nag pauso ng distribution ng authority sa isang team. especially sa Ginnebra tignan nyo ang dameng bunganga sa loob ng court. Mas maganda sana kung gawin nila ang disenyong meron ang RoS when it come to coaching. Talagang si Yeng lang ang may boses and the rest of the staff contributing on inputs and strategy lang walang boses. hindi tulad sa Ginebra lahat bida kaya ang ending nganga lagi...
