Siguruhin nya manalo on next game para maibaon na BGK.. Am Ginebra fan since birth, all i can say to Jong do not push your key players who are are not 100% physically fit. thats it.  I agree with you dre, One thing I notice is that jong is very predictable, keeps on using and relying on helterbrand and caguioa. Why not give more playing time to Baguio and Salvacion. Lagi kasi babad si tubid, for defensive purposes daw e, ganun din namn 18 points din si miller. Bakit kya hindi nmn ibahin ni jong ang gameplan, try using the bench, talagang wala ka makukuha sa ibang players mo if you will not give them enough playing time. Like for example, one time i saw baguio and salvacion was playing good, then isang mistake or error lang labas kagad, putah panu gaganahan bench mo nyan, samantalang si helterbrand at si caguioa, six straight misses na, puro error pa ang tagal ilabas. Hindi kaya ni Mamaril ang big men ng Alaska. Tubid another bad game, nagbuwaya pa, na sermonan ni Jong. Pero the team gave a good fight at ninerbyos si Tim Cone.  e putsa panu naman makakaiskor si baguio e hindi naman makakuha ng tyempo, panu isang mintis nya at isang error, labas na kagad, kapalit si caguioa na puro error naman, makashoot man, siguro mga benteng tira muna. wuts Posted February 13, 2010 Share Posted February 13, 2010 kung kayo coach, bibigyan nyo ng playing time ang bench players like Salvacion and Mamaril compare sa star players?Baka nakakalimutan nyo 0-2 deficit ang Ginebra.. kung susugal ka syempre dun sa ka sa 1st 5 players mo.. Kung ako kay jong, mag-aadjust ako sa style ng PLAY imbes na magbalasa ng players.. tsaka pataasin ko moral ng team "nagawa natin manalo from 0-2 deficit vs TNT".. kaya nga Ginebra eh.. Missed free throws again! BUT.......a major rally. What happened naman in the first three quarters, saksakan ng amo ng bola sa Alaska. I think there's now this momentum switch at mauubos din ang swerte ng Alaska. We must be more optimistic.........pahinga na ng dalawang araw......and hopefully this will help Ginebra. Sigawan nga ang mga tao kanina sa loob at ang sinisigawan si Coach Jong. Bakit daw nilabas bigla si Alvarez, eh, siya ang lucky charm sa loob. May mga nagmumura kay Jong. Well, siyempre, crunch time, dapat mga experienced players. I see that during the end of this conference there will be major changes sa loob ng Ginebra. Admit it, nagtatandaan na ibang players natin at injury prone na madalas. Fresh legs should be infused sa team. JayJay and Mark are beginning to feel the groove again and, hopefully again, they will be tip top shape come the import laden tournament. Again..............OPTIMISM!!! I can compare him with the great Baby Dalupan when it comes to game adjustments. My hats off to Tim. And player per player, talagang lamang na lamang ang Alaska, matangkad, lamang sa teamwork, and consistency. (nataranta lang sa 4th quarter run ng Ginebra ;-)) Quote Link to comment
