naer23
congrats nga pala sa BGK for winning over Barako Bull yesterday! yeah good game from the sparks again, little by little babalik na sa throne nya si spark, helterbrand magkakaroon n din ng trono yan, another 0 point game, bka sya ang number 1 sa list ng previous mvp to score 0 per game Quote Link to comment
khilua23
another disappointing game by Jayjay Helterbrand versus barako... his stats:0 PTS (0/2 FG), 0 REBS, 1 ASST, 1 TO, 0 PF, in 7 MINS. after two straight games of zero pts.. baka makita natin sa bench ng mas matagal si helterbrand ngayon. coaching staff decides to keep him on the bench longer to teach him a lesson until he regains his old form. avi_sala
With Miller on the line-up, Ginebra can definitely afford to bench Helterbrand.... Nakakhiya ang laro nya sya pa naman ang current MVP.. Nakakawala ng respeto.. Quote Link to comment
RED2018
Jayjay has the moves and the spectacular skills of a point guard alright. But he lacks the court savvy of a Hec Calma, the maturity of an Olsen Racela, and the discipline of Ronnie Magsanoc Quote Link to comment
photographer
A perfect example of a very undiscipline athlete. Sila rin ang magsisisi sa bandang huli. So whats the coach doing to instill discipline sa players? Quote Link to comment
NeverSayDiet
Wake up Helterbrand! Quote Link to comment
amante
^^very well said ray004: my rebuttal: I am not discounting Big J's contribution to BKG, to Philippine sports, heck to Philippine history for that matter. But what you mentioned about Jaworski's potential contribution in terms of keeping discipline is a function that may well be done on a team management role and not necessarily it having to be the coach's. If he comes in and replaces/augments Alan Caidic then you get no debate from me. However, as for coaching, new methods, techniques and systems are being employed and sadly, I will not expect the good former senator to have keenly been attending to, at least the past 10 years. In that regard, if the Conjuanco's would really make amends with the Big J and take him into their employ, I would place him in the role of BGK's governor to the PBA board. Not to say that Robert Non is doing poorly, but I believe that is where somebody in the stature of a Robert Jaworski will be most influential on, not only to the team but more importantly, to the league itself. khilua23
another trade happened to be formalized next week... BGK got another PG in Mike Cortez for Billy Mamaril. the trade suppose to happen on tuesday, but after the game of air21 against alaska, air21 advised cortez to change team on sunday. cortez will suit up on BGK game against COKE on sunday. another trade might happen: One former mvp from ginebra might be traded to another popular team after the fiesta cup! Told you, Ginebra is in a metamorphosis stage! -Snow Badua, NBN Sports Quote Link to comment
Richmond
That former MVP might be JJ Helterbrand or Willie Miller Quote Link to comment

crunk
a lil' bit of ot: Have you seen already the new or maybe quite old commercial? Andun si Big J kasama si People's Champ. Hinahanap ko sa youtube kung meron na nakapagpost pero wala pa akong mahanap. Quote Link to comment
photographer
Naku Cortez in in exchange for Mamaril! Another guard? Baka may pinaghahandaan nang i trade ang isang dyan, yung mahilig sa casino! Abangan! Sabi ng Ginebra, may "recurring injury" daw si JJ................hhmmm ayon sa aking source, wala naman. The real reason is disciplinary action. I think we can say bye bye na kay JJ. Abangan! Quote Link to comment

khilua23
another loss for the gin kings... di talaga effective ang coaching strategy ni coach jong. Quote Link to comment
photographer
Parang ang liit liit ng line up ng Ginebra, dont you think so? Parang lahat ng players with the exception of Rico Villanueva puro gwardya. Masakit ang pag katalo. Lamang na sana ng malaki nawala pa. JJ talagang wala na! I dont think his injury is severe kung kundi, hindi ipapasok madalas ni Jong yun. parang out of condition siya. Intal nawala na talaga ang miracle game. Pero ang liit talaga ng lineup. Sige kuha pa ng guards para makabuo na sila ng security agency! tapos papasok pa si Jawo kung sakali......gwardya din huhuhu Quote Link to comment

Richmond
Their import sucks bigtime they should replace him immediately no impact at all in the game. Quote Link to comment
