Job - Salary, Bonuses, & Perks

Recommended Posts

A. Perks - a different "driver" in every town I'm thrown.

Cons - a different "driver" in every town I'm thrown. Nightmare.

B. Perks - can express and show ultimate anger to the top man.

Cons - ends up writing the top man's halleluia speeches, recommendations, and worst - termination letters. Can't help but give his secretary a tiger look.

April 9 is a Philippine regular holiday, employees are entitled to receive their daily basic wage and Emergency Cost of Living Allowance (ECOLA) even if they did not report for work, provided that they are present or are on leave of absence with pay on the work day immediately preceding the holiday. If work was performed, you are entitled to double pay.

Let's see how you are valued globally. The process shall be reversed.

At Php7,000 a month x 13 you get Php91,000 p.a.

let's say you're working in London, where exchange rate right now is Php65:E1. so, 91,000/65

= E1400 p.a.

E1400 * 44693 (avg salary p.a. in UK in US$) = E62,570,200.

E62,579,200 / 1640 (avg salary p.a. in RP in US$) = E38,153.

So, that is your salary in UK per year. E38,153 !

To get monthly salary, just divide by 12 (not 13 as I don't think they have 13 month pay), so you are getting E3,180 per month. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Your numbers are all #*!%ed up, in Cavite 7,000 pesos is not even enough to pay my monthly electric bills with two a/c units full blast all day :(

The good thing about our recruitment process is that, its one day and you would be informed if you pass every time you finish an interview or exam. I know how it feels for an applicant to wait for a day or 2 just to know if you passed or what. Other centers would also ask you to go back for another interview or exam not considering the amount of time and money spent for going back and forth. We at ibex respect/value your time and effort so please send me an email with your full name, cell number and number of years in the bpo industry at hulseye@gmail.com or a text at 09336643504 so that i can submit your info to our hr for the immediate scheduling of your initial interview. Thanks
