Yup thats true. My stock Fuji tires lasted for almost 2 yrs. But when I switched to Dunlop barely one yr lang yung tinagal ng back tires. Madulas yung Fuji tires eh.

Whats the purpose of ABS?

how much are XRM wheels? yung dunlop tires ko pudpod na, galing pa sa previous owner yun. actually, the previous owner boasted that "kapapalit ko pa lang ng gulong". However, it's been around 10,000 kilometers and a change of inner tubing that I've traveled already (grabe.. from Lagro to Makati lang araw araw in 4 months) and pakiramdam ko kulang na sa grip ang mga tires. takot ko lang to go beyond 50 kph until I change tires

Sir last yr nag tanong ako dito sa may Pque, FUJI (stock) 80/80 - 600 one pair. Pero palitan mo na po, your life is priceless.

Sa Caloocan yun Dunlop 80/80 - P800 something. Im 70/80 sa front ko at 80/80 sa back.

huhuhu buti pa kayo at nasa 1000 lang price ng gulong nyo. scooter kse ko e. 1 tire ko pag quality and branded costing around 2000 to 2.5k each.

regarding sa body armor. dami dyan sir. check mo to ha. friend ko din to

ang mura pala! akala ko katulad ng gulong ng kotse ang price, yung tipong aabot ng 2K+. tagulan nanaman, pansin ko ang dunlop tires ko lalong dumudulas. ano brand or kind of tires are advisable sa basang daan?

Sir thats also my problem, whether FUJI or Dunlop gamit ko, talagang madulas sila pag wet road. Last week when I went to Robinson Galleria dumulas yung front wheel ko, I noticed that Robinson's basement road is painted with slippery paint.

I remember there was this one time I was going to MOA. sa EDSA guada-buendia there is this stretch of road that is clear after the overpass kasi buses are waiting for passengers. ako naman took the opportunity of free traffic. may biglang sumingit na bus sa harap ko.

it was the first time that I skidded on my bike. takot ko talaga. tigil ako muna at the side of EDSA. saw my tire tracks on the road where I skidded. ang haba rin. I was going around 40-50 at that time.

that section of road is particularly smooth, kahit nakakotse ako I've skidded a number of times there. akala ko (since newbie pa ako at that time) since 40 lang ang takbo ko on a bike I could stop faster. mali rin pala.

:hypocritesmiley:

yup mga bros, overdose is my good friend.. very affordable mga gears nyan.. basically in body protection ang una mo dapat binibili is helmet, gloves, knees and elbow gurds then if you have spare dough u can acquire jackets or mas maganda yung 3-1 na body armor na inoffer ni overdose.. you must invest in gears lalo na sa tagulan prone taung naka two wheels sa skids... and about the tires he's right Bridgetone is the one of the best tires.. 3 out of my 5 bike has a bridgetone tires.. medyo costly pero its worth it... if i remember it correctly may 10 or 20% discount sa bridgestone the fort.. of kung mas gusto mo ng maganda Continental and perelli are my recommended tires.

@prettyboy, try motorcyclephilippines.com there some posted as low as 8k and up to 30k for a used and new arai, shoei helmets.. if your budget is low and looking for a good helmet try ZEUS it is DOT certified.. and very sturdy.. i have 3 of them 2 modular and 1 full face.. ranges from 3k - 5k, you can buy them at motoworld the fort, pwtron greenhills or on the ground floor of Mall of ASIA. of if you want AGV helmet @ exceed caloocan i got mine there @ around 11k GP1 series..

Hope this helps.. Thanks and Ride Safe to all!!!

Were po yung bridgestone the fort? I mean san sa may The Fort?

About sa Helmet I used INDEX, 2300 ang price nya. Twice na kong sumemplang still buo pa sya.

coincidence.. ako rin semplang sa right side of my body.. may gasgas ang helmet ko to prove it.. along with the body aches which lasted 3 days :(

Just a word of caution, if you read some articles about safety, they recommend that you already replace your helmet once it has already been involved in a crash. While the helmet may appear intact, there may already be some hairline cracks on the outer shell that will reduce the protection that it provides to the rider.

Just a friendly reminder...
