upto 9 in the morning, its a latte (medium or tall, depends where you are buying)

 

after 9 til lunch, its americano or coffee of the day. black with half teaspon of sugar.

 

after lunch onwards, its a double espresso with a touch of froth, 1 teaspoon of sugar...

 

this for me works. B)

any place selling quality fresh ground coffee beans aside from rustan's? ive tried buying there but the quality pales in comparison to foil packed coffee beans friends send over from europe.

go to santis in yakal, makati or in annapolis in greenhills or forbes across the church. they have the coffee you are looking for, usually espresso ground in vacuum packed foil brick.

 

you can also try segafredo (hope i spelled it right). This place to me serves the best espresso in town.

hmm, buhay pa pala ito :)

 

sometimes, i like it black without sugar,

sometimes, black with a little brown sugar

minsan, with lots of cream and sugar

minsan, with full cream milk and sugar

or pag tinamad, starbucks caramel macchiato

 

hmm, i also like the brewed coffee of french baker, smells really good. B)
