Then game 7 is anybodys game.

Yeah, the Cavs won game 5 but it would be difficult for James and Irving to repeat the kind of game they had. 82 points out of what? 112 or something. That sounds trouble if pretty much two players are scoring for their teams. Not taking anything away from the Cavs and Co. But if they really wanna win against the warriors, the two need a lot more help than that. *cough* Kevin Love *cough* Tristan Thompson *cough*

Golden State won't be missing a lot of wide open shots again.

You need to read comments and understand them before commenting. I never mentioned anything about Thompson. Yes Curry didn't perform well its obvious that is why I mentioned the Spalsh brothers never have 2 straight bad games.

Injured Warriors center Andrew Bogut to miss rest of NBA Finals

The Golden State Warriors will try to win a championship without their only seven-footer.

Andrew Bogut was declared done for the season after sustaining bone bruises on his left leg that will require a recovery time of six to eight weeks, the Warriors announced Wednesday.

"It's bad news for our team," Warriors Coach Steve Kerr said. "Boges has made an impact in this series' first couple of games. Last two we played him fewer minutes, but still he's a defensive presence at the rim and rebounder, and a great passer. So we'll miss the minutes that he's been giving us."

Festus Ezeli is likely to take Bogut's place in the starting lineup Thursday for Game 6 of the NBA Finals, though Kerr was reluctant to say it. The Warriors hold a 3-2 lead over Cleveland.

As one big man left them, another rejoined the Warriors at Wednesday's practice.

Draymond Green missed Game 5 because of an automatic one-game suspension for flagrant foul accumulation. His absence was one of the reasons the Warriors lost by 15 points, their largest home defeat since April 2013.

He called himself a bad teammate Wednesday, his first public words since the suspension. Teammate Stephen Curry, in retrospect, lamented Green’s absence in Game 5.

League rules also forbade Green from attending that game in person, so he watched it in a suite at the baseball stadium next to Oracle Arena.

“We had an opportunity to go out and win a championship, and it would have been the ultimate video montage to see him running across from the baseball stadium with a camera following him into Oracle Arena,” Curry said Wednesday. “That was like the dream celebration, but it didn’t happen. So, missed opportunity there.”

Things wouldn’t be so dreamy for the Warriors if Green got another flagrant foul and the Cavaliers forced a Game 7. If that were the case, Green would miss Sunday’s game because of another automatic suspension.
