synweap32
Don't try to sleep. try and stay awake. the more you try to stay awake, the more na hihilahin ka matulog. Also, mas madaling makatulog when one has a clear conscience. :hypocritesmiley: Quote Link to comment

mungmung
The problem with some sleep aides is that in time you would develop tolerance to these drugs, meaning you may need to need additional dosages to obtain the desired effect. Quote Link to comment
Defiant
Find your 'sleeping trigger'... That thing that will relax your body and at the same time is the signal that sets your mind and body to sleep.Milk is my trigger. Quote Link to comment
kenshin11
One of the reason people cannot sleep is their need for total silence and lights. I watch television with the regular sounds until I feel sleepy. I usually put myself in sleep position while watching television, set it at 2 hours sleep mode and before I know it, I am already asleep. Edited June 12, 2008 by kenshin11 Quote Link to comment

aswang
I have a friend who has insomia and is taking prescription drug. However, she was taken to the hospital because she is not awake since Friday until today (4 days). Not sure if she has taken too much medicine. How serious is this? How long will we wait before she wakes up. Quote Link to comment
