Political will. Politicians are far too sensitive to constituent complaints so takot sila to implement long term solutions because of the (short term) sacrifices like traffic jams and disruptions. Tayo rin pala as voters for electing these politicians

improving mass public transport to the point that its more expedient than taking a personal vehicle is key. kaso no shortcut to achieve that and it will pain a lot of people initially so it wont attract voters - even if it would solve the traffic problem

Traffic schemes by the MMDA are a big joke. I know they are trying hard para ma resolve ang problema, pero the way I see it parang may mali or may kulang esp the disposition of the MMDA chair.. yung mga sinasabi nya doesn't make sense as if may alam or alam na alam nya ang kanyang mga pinagagagawa.

Unang una dapat i-meet muna nla ang Metro Manila Mayors both in/outgoing about their plans and asked the Mayors kung ano ang pwede nilang maitulong, di man ma resolve agad agad pero at least mabawasan bawasan ang problema sa trapiko.

Puro band aid solutions lang at pag nagpaayos ng mga kalsada walang mga timeline, itataon mo pa kung kelan back to school or tag ulan na.

pero mas pinili nlang magkaroon ng sariling car at motor for daily use at magdrive araw araw kasi grabi bulok ng public transpo system satin.

 

Way back 2019 sumasabit pa ko sa jeep naka dress makauwi lang nung nagwowork ako sa sm haha.

minsan may magpapaupo pero di ko tinatanggap unless ipilit talaga haha. pare pareho namang pagod mga tao. Lahat gusto makauwi. Kesa mag antay ka ng bagong jeep, sabit nalang para mas mahaba ng konti pahinga mo inangyan. 

 

Around asia palang ako nakapagtravel pero naiinggit ako sa transpo system nila. Sobrang layo sa kung anong meron tayo dito.

Band aid solution na walang malalim na study kung ilan ang apektadong sasakyan yan mga traffic scheme na yan in short di pinagiisipan mabuti. Mass transportation na maayos ang importante kahit may kotse ako kung matino ang mga mrt/lrt/subway bakit di ako magcocommute? Mas matipid kaya yun ang mahal mahal na ng gasolina mas madali talaga magtren ang problema puro delay yan mrt 7 hanggang ngayon di pa tapos yung common station dyan sa north edsa on hold daw kase di daw binabayaran pano kase lahat nasa ayuda ang pondo... #ayudarepublic 🤦‍♂️
