Traffic Problem In Metro Manila (Merged Thread)

Everyday repeatedly a normal worker wakes up early to meet the office calltime. There is a need to prepare at least a minimum of one travel time to the office within metro polis. Now the question starts during the peak hour with the traffic that we have one hour allocation will not be enough. This is the fact. I have been engaged in the transportation industry for so long already. In the 90's roads and vehicles were starting to filled up the streets. More vehicles are coming up and more roads are being constructed. As the years go by manufacturers outgrown and surpassed the ratio of road accommodation.

Old models are still running the streets more and more new vehicles are flooding the markets.

Let us say there are only 6 car manufacturers who produce 5000 cars a year. In a year we have 30,000 cars running the streets. Think about this in a year. How many car manufacturers we have at the moments in the country. Not only that we have motorcycles, tri cycles, jeepneys , tribikes, and other locally produced transport facilities.

The question now to answer is when will the government passed a law that prohibits old model to run the streets and issues stiffer controls or laws?

We need to see the bigger picture? Repairs of the transport system? This is just a hairline to the eyebrow.

Let you be the best judge. And I will wait for the time to come.

You can easily search youtube or the interwebs to see cases of such occurance. And those are only the ones that were caught.

Dotr usec chavez on dzmm this am being interviewed by kabayan noli since today is first day dotr assumes management of mrt.

 

Towards the end of his interview he said hindi sila magpapalabas ng bagon na alanganin para hindi titirik. So mga 14 lang daw ang nasisigurado nilang maayos at yun lamang ang gagamitin sa ngayon. He said maaring makaranas ng mahabang pila pero sa ngayon daw na kahit 12 pa lang na bagon ang pinalalabas maayos naman daw at walang pila.

 

After his interview yun reporter naman ng dzmm ang ininterview ni kabayan tungkol sa situationer sa mrt. Ayun may tumirik na bagon sa north ave. Tapos ang haba na raw ng pila. Ayun basag si usec kay kabayan.

Anyway, back to topic, sa area ko sa Paranaque medyo nabawasan naman na. Pag natapos yun inumpisahan na project ni GMA (construction ng daan at MRT), tiyak dadaloy din ang ginhawa. According to Mark Villar, pinapa-fast track daw lahat ng construction. Di naman kasi yan magic di ba? Imagine yun planning.. mula pa kay GMA yan mga projects na yan. Si Pnoy nag-groundbreaking.. hopefully kay Duterte matapos na lahat.

ngayon lang ba ang panahon na tayo magsabi na me ginagawa talaga ang gobyerno natin sa traffic.?? History repeats itself when nobody listen. Kung me kamay talaga na bakal sa batas tungkol sa pagpapatupad tungkol sa batas transportasyon at trapiko nagyon na ang panahon para patunayan.

 

Pag me nabago na sa takbo ng trapiko... ang pagbabago ay dumating na nga.

May Mabuhay Lane project ang MMDA. Pero selected area pa lang tapos nagtanggal din sila ng mga accredited towing company due to abuses. Sana nga i full blown project ito para guminhawa ilang kalye.

Tagal na ang mabuhay lane ...hindi naman kay digong nagsimula yan. Talagang selected area lang ang mabuhay lane...alam mo ba talaga ang purpose ng mabuhay lane? Effective ba for you to cite it? O baka naman credit grabbing lang ang peg para as usual mapakitang maybginagawa naman. Yun ba ang batayan ...basta may ginawa lang?

 

Araw araw ang daan ko papunta at pauwi ng opisina eh tinalagang mabuhay lane. Di ko ramdam. Eto pa ha since mabuhay lane yan may karatulang bawal pumarada pero meron pa din.

May mabuhay lane din akong nadadaanan. Na late pa nga ako dahil sa traffic nung ang daming pinag huhuli tapos ang daming nagkalat na usisero. Pero ngayo nga balik uli sa dati.

The mabuhay lane eh nandiyan parati di naman nawala but never eased up traffic. In short it was implemented but never got the expected result. Paano naging ningas kugon yun? Duh!

 

And therefore what are you driving at? Galing pa din ni lodi. Lol

 

Paki linaw din kung sino ang pinaghuhuli at bakit sila hinuhuli.
