Ex Pba Players

Yun na nga, they made a special rule just so that Jerry could play tsk tsk tsk. :thumbsdownsmiley: :thumbsdownsmiley: for Teletech!!!

well... siguro kahit sa mga intercompany leagues manalo naman sila...

sa pbl kasi whipping dogs naman sila... hahaha!

when I was still working in a newspaper, meron kaming interpublication league. Minsan may mga free agents ex pba players na kasali. Ginagawang casual employee in time for the league. After the league, ala na rin sila. Kaya hirap din kami dati na legitimate employees maka paglaro dahil kumukuha ng mercenaries.

this is entirely unfair... maiintindihan ko pa yung kay jerry codiñera...

pero with this?! nawala na yung essence ng league... which is for the employees!

Kawawa naman si BRB. Naalala ko, before the Air Jordans and TMac Adidas shoes, there was the Black Superman with his signature togs from Kaypee. Outlandish at best, but the man had signature shoes. That's how much of a phenom he was while he was here.

sir i believe it was Grosby shoes..

Oo nga what happened to Jherome Ejercito. Magaling na player yon and in my opinion he left when he was still at his peak.

Isn't this very much like what happened to Enrile decades ago?

Someone purportedly tried to assassinate him and that was one of the reasons for Martial Law.

What's even more disturbing is that his bodyguards fired indiscriminately into the air. Aren't they aware that their bullets will inevitably go down and they can end up killing someone? This is what happens when you get untrained goons as "bodyguards". True bodyguards fire on recognized / identified threats. They do not shoot into the air without any reason. Especially in a public area with lots of civilians. Sheesh. Irresponsible jerks.

Yah I dont get that! Why do they need to shoot their guns in the air wala naman kalaban or threat. papansin lang siguro yung mga yon para tingnan sila ng tao. Dapat inbestigahan yung mga kumag na yon. Di ba pag newyear pag nahuli kang nagpaputok ng baril for no reason at all eh kulang ka. Ganon din dapat.

I saw Jabar sa Glendale last September. I dont know kung ano work nya sa states but when I saw him there he was I think an official sa isang Filipino League there. My Brother in law and I played. Dito yung roots ni Mark Caguioa we even fought with the Father and uncle of Mark C one game talo kami tambak. They won the championship! matatanda na but his uncle shoots the lights out of the opposing team sobrang shooter. His Father plays very well too.

Yeah I remember Jun Jabar, the guy with very long wing span, halos tuhod na yung hands nya pag nakatayo.
