I saw Freddie Hubalde buying stuff at Riverbanks, Marikina yesterday afternoon.. He looks like a normal person just walking around.. and no one seems to know him.. except me and my dad.. Sabi ko nga sa dad ko na kung dekada 70 ngayon, pinagkaguluhan na yan.. Haay! How time (and fame) flies..

My friend and I were just talking about the red haired Carlos Briggs the other day. I wonder if he still plays?

Bumped into a long time friend of Briggs from Michigan a few weeks back who was vacationing in the Philippines. He said that "Red" (as Briggs is fondly called) is currently working as an assistant coach for a a division 1 college in Michigan. He mentioned the school but I just couldn't remember which one at the moment.

kLique... sino papausap mo, si Yeo? Baka i-clothesline lang niya yung bata.

Big time na pala si Yves Digna-dice. Diba adik to dati kaya ang tagal niyang 'injured'? Buti naka-move on na siya.

Briggs... ang original na alien ng PBA.

hahaha... I think it would be better if we leave the recruiting up to the coaches and alumni of each school :)

though as early as now Yeo is by far the most successful Xavierian playing ball...

Nope he's retired. Alam ko second stint nya sa PBA di sya nagtagal at dapat possible replacement nya si John Starks. Yes the same old John Starks of the NY Knicks.

do u think TY will be able to play in the PBA?

because right now he's not doing so well in the PBL...

also Chris Tiu... the guy has the potential

but the thing is will he be allowed to play in the PBA?

About TY playing in the PBA... I don't think so. His games in the UAAP are inconsistent. He is also not that athletic and agile for a point guard.

Chris Tiu has the potential to be a pro but I don't think that his parents will allow him to.

Bakit hindi papayagan si Chris Tiu mag PBA? Gusto ba ng parents nya gayahin si Japeth Aguilar? :D

Diba pag nag-PBA ibig sabihin full time job yun? Kasi siya ang na-train ng parents niya na maghandle ng mga businesses nila.

Pero malay mo...

Nabasa ko nga sa PEX na magkakaroon siya ng show eh.

my exact sentiments... so I guess Woody Co cld probably be the next Xavierian playing in the PBA

though he seems unfit for the position he plays and lacks the athleticism of a Yeo...

simply because he can earn more handling the family business...
