dudulover
Taking ABS bitter herbs capsules regularly worked for me, once a day lang ako umiinom and ok na. I guess depende din kung hiyang ka sa herbal supplement na ito. ako i take ampalaya plus...mas mura...at effective...first few times nga lang, utot ng utot...pero mabilis lumalabas, at malambot...hehe... alam ko rin apples nakakatulong din... Swiper
eating prunes, and grapes helps a lot. Best thing to do is eat sensibly. Never overeat and stay away from carbnated drinks. It tends to dehydrate you easily. And drink lots of water will help. Quote Link to comment

Kung totoo eto, mag prunes na lang or oatmeals...I've heard that before... but basing on my personal experience, I never really noticed any difference. I guess there's too much testosterone in my body for this fruit to supress. :upside: Anyways, I heard somewhere that that's a myth and was based originated somwhere in the bible. On the lighter side, papaya has enzymes that aid healthy digestion and is actually rich in vitamins a and c. Quote Link to comment

Not sure about the myth originating from the bible, but I'm pretty sure a lot of priest love eating this fruit...Obviously for some of them, "wa epek", nyehehehe... Also papaya makes your skin smoother, and it is an effective anti oxidant... Quote Link to comment

superfunkibey
C-Lium Fiber is not bad but takes getting used to. Downside is you may feel dependent on it thus becoming more or less "addicted" Quote Link to comment
sho munaki
Wholewheat bread is fine, but "multigrain" bread is even better. I also eat corn, beans, nuts (especially pine nuts). It is also good to end a meal with soup or any other warm fluid (such as hot tea). Quote Link to comment
