Constipation ... All About It

In line with this constipation problems since hindi ako makapag start ng new topic.. kabaliktaran yung nangyayari sa 'kin. Every after meal hindi ko mapigilan na ma jebs ako.. it is a disorder or nakaka sanayan ko ng gawin 'to pagtapos kumain.. pag tuloy nasa labas aside from office at nagkayayaan kumain, hindi na 'ko kumakain dahil nahihiya akong after meal.. magpoo poo nko.. saka hindi naman ako totally may lactose intolerance pero kadalasan pag may milk na kasama yung iniinom ko or kinakain aatak nko sa CR kaya hindi rin ako kumakain ng mga carbonara. :'(

Panis na Buko sigurado ubos laman ng tyan mo. kidding!

 

High Fiber Diet (or Fiber Supplement kung hindi ka mahilig mag gulay or fruits) plus lots of Water can help, of course hindi ito agad agad, it has to be routine para masanay yung system ng tyan mo. Good thing din sa high fiber diet it can help you lose some weight, provided you choose what you eat and you eat within the recommended daily calorie allowance, and in addition it can also help you lower cholesterol levels!
