Lots of water... Drink, drink, drink...

 

Sometimes we tend to forgot if we're engrossed with work. So the best way is to keep your jug or tumbler very much near you. If you're using your laptop a lot, set it near the laptop. Anywhere where you can easily see it. That way you get reminded.
