Slaughter, and Ron Simmons (w/ Arn Anderson)- Team Flair defeated Team Spirit Squad at 10:48. After the match, the Squad beat up Flair. (CMV1 rating- * ½) A video package aired to hype the US title bout between Chris Benoit and Chavo Guerrero… Match 2: United States Champion Chris Benoit vs. Chavo Guerrero (w/ Vickie Guerrero) Benoit retained the US title at 8:25. (CMV1 rating- ** ¼) A promo for the Extreme Elimination Chamber aired… Backstage, Todd Grisham interviewed Lita and Edge. Lita said she was still planning on retiring. Edge talked trash about Donovan McNabb. They kissed and Lita left. Edge hyped his match, as Cryme Tyme came in and stole what looked like an empty box. Match 3: Women's Champion Lita vs. Mickie JamesMickie won the Women's title at 8:19. After the match, Lita had Lillian ask the crowd to give Lita a round of applause to the greatest Women's Champion of all-time. Lita grabbed the mic and ranted about the disrespectful fans. Cryme Tyme then came to the ring with that box I mentioned earlier, and it was filled with women's lingerie. Lita ranted about the lack of respect being shown to her. JTG said the box was full of Lita's stuff. They started selling her lingerie to the fans at ringside. Lita screamed for them to stop. (CMV1 rating- **) Earlier today, Michael Cole sat down with Batista. He asked him how the fact that they were in the same arena where Batista had to forfeit the title earlier in the year. Batista was silent. Cole asked him why tonight would be any different than the other attempts Batista has had to regain the title. Batista was still silent. Cole said it was do or die tonight and showed footage of Booker beating him down on SD Friday night. Batista was intensely silent, but finally told Cole he was leaving tonight WHC… Match 4: Degeneration X, CM Punk, Intercontinental Champion Jeff Hardy, and Matt Hardy vs. World Tag Team Champions Edge and Randy Orton, Mike Knox (w/ Kelly Kelly), Cruiserweight Champion Gregory Helms, and Johnny Nitro (w/ Melina)Sole Survivors- DX, Punk, and the Hardy Boyz. Team DX defeated Team Rated-RKO at 11:40. (CMV1 rating- ** ¾) A video package aired to hype the First Blood match b/t Kennedy and Taker… Backstage, Kennedy, with Vaseline on his face, was approached by MVP. MVP said he just beat Kane on SD and would eliminate him tonight. He said he had full confidence that Kennedy could bust Taker open, but just in case he didn't, he's got his back. Match 5: First Blood Match: Undertaker vs. Mr. Kennedy The Deadman eventually gave him a shaky looking Tombstone and repeatedly struck him in the head. (CMV1 rating- * ¾) Backstage, King Booker cut a promo about beating Batista… Match 6: WWE Champion John Cena, Kane, Bobby Lashley, Rob Van Dam, and Sabu vs. ECW Champion Big Show, Finlay, MVP, Test, and Umaga (w/ Armando Alejandro Estrada)Survivors- John Cena and Lashley. Team Cena defeated Team Big Show at 12:38. (CMV1 rating- ** ¾) A video package aired to hype the World Heavyweight title match… Before the main-event, SD GM Teddy Long came to the ring and re-iterated that this was Batista's last chance to win the title against Booker. He said that he was going to spice up the match a little, though, by making it impossible for Booker to retain the title via CO or DQ… Match 7: World Heavyweight Champion King Booker (w/ Sharmell) vs. BatistaThe finish came when Batista pinned King Booker. Spirit Squad (Handicap Match) Jerry "The King" Lawler def. Chris Masters Matt & Jeff Hardy def. World Tag Team Champions Rated-RKO (DQ) Candice Michelle injured in Divas Battle Royal. MNM reunites for ECW's December To Dismember. Cena accepts Umaga's (and Armando Alejandro Estrada's) challenge to put the WWE Championship on the line at a later date. Photo below shows all 5 of Team DX which completely survived Survivor Series intact. This is the first time that all members of a Survivor Series team won with the team intact.
