dungeonbaby
been having some trouble sleeping and it's starting to affect the quality of my runs. my chest actually hurt this morning. so instead of my usual soundtrack, i ran to classical music this morning...schubert's ave maria, to be exact...perfect for death throes. can you guys run on 4 hours of sleep? dungeonbaby
thanks guys. based on your answers, i won't be running this way anymore. i do understand the biglang nangati part of it. my problem resolved itself though - i did two runs yesterday, one in the early morning and another one in the evening. slept like a baby afterwards. Turk
Well for me 6 - 8 hrs of sleep needed before going for a run...Kapag kulang sa tulog, madaling tumaas ang heart rate Anyway if Im running below 10k, I usually sleep 9pm and wake up at 330am and travel to race location 16k and beyond, I sleep at 8pm and wake up around 1230am eat a heavy meal, and sleep again It works great on me... I'll be running Unilab Run United 3 this September, hope I can beat my record Quote Link to comment
