kanina daw na-deliver pero limited lang

ok yung sa singlet (XL), pero sa finisher shirt daw XXL na yung sakin kasi wala na talaga sizes.. ok lang naman sakin hehehe

 

kitakits on RU2: 32k ^_^

 

and naka register na din ako sa SlimmeRUN for 21k (pang warm up muna hehe)

Ay! late ko na ito nabasa. binabawi ko na po yung sumpa sayo na bigote sa talampakan. si sir spirit na lang tutubuan nun. :D :lol:

whew! what a week short slow distance lang ako sa village namin. badtrip kasi nag uulan na dito sa QCmad.gif. 3 more weeks kailangan na siguro mag road LSD naman.

 

im thinking joining UP run kasama pinsan ko mga alumni kasi sila dun. oks din pang LSD this RU2. sino sasama kung sakali?

Dali! game na for the 32k! :) Start pa lang ako ng paspasang training ko after an injury last week while at Tugawe Cove in Caramoan. -_- here is hoping i can endure the 32k! haha

Nakaw! June 2 pala ito! Kailangan na talaga ng long distance runs. Wala pa akong disenteng long run mula NatGeo. Pero sali pa rin! Army Navy EB ulit pagkatapos? :-D

woohoo ang ganda pala nung hydraytion ng unilab bumili ako kanina.

maganda nga.. ako din napabili nyan eh

pero nung tinry ko last sunday.. parang feeling ko lumuluwag sya habang tumatagal (or dahil lang sa pawis?)

anyway, ok pa din naman gamitin sa practice runs... pero baka nde ko sya gamitin sa actual run.. :P

Yung Nathan hydration belt na gamit ko ganoon din. Kailangan mag-adjust ng higpit habang tumatakbo. Yung nakuha ko kasi may buckle at adjustable strap - hindi yung Velcro version.

Nag-invest din ako for i-fitness. Yung meron utility pocket sa harap, 12oz bottles and race bib. 3in1 na. :D

nde kinaya mam wyette.. baka mapuwersa.. ortigas - masinag lang ginawa ko :)

nung sinukat ko, nsa 12km+ lang.. pde na for a practice run (maiba lang ang route)

pero grabe init. 4-5am nasa C-5 ako.. tagaktak pawis ko kahit mabagal lng run.. dry yung hangin :(

FR on SlimmeRUN 2013

unofficial time: 21k in 2hrs 55mins

another slow run for me. sakto lang kasi under 3hrs ko pa din natatapos without any major injuries (although masakit yung left shin and right ankle ko, pero tolerable naman)

 

PROS:

-ganda nung mga winners sa Miss Bikini Philippines. sila yung kasama sa warm up. nde ako usually nagpaparticipate dun, pero napa-focus ako! nde pa nagsisimula, nag init na katawan ko eh hahaha

-marker every km. very nice

-mas konti yung sumali so nde congested yung lanes

-nasabi ko na ba na magaganda yung winners sa Miss Bikini Philippines?

-madami freebies sa lootbag. dami din giveaways (although nde na ako nagstay ng matagal dahil pagod na ako hehe)

-wala din agawan sa baggage, kahit iisa lang yung baggage area nila (or sobrang late na ako natapos wala na ung stampede haha)

-hydration stations andami. nde sila madamot sa vit water. although nung bandang huli, nagkaubusan na din lalo na sa 21km.

-yung mga winners ng Miss Bikini Philippines ang naghihintay sayo sa finish line at magsasabit ng medals.. syet bakit ba wala ako cam dala nun? hayyyy

 

CONS

-late yung start. not late as in nde sumunod sa oras, pero late as in 4:45am yung start, sana much earlier. as a result, ayun may tan lines na naman ako haha

-init nung weather (not blaming the organizers. mainit lang talaga dito pinas). wla pa 5am pero hirap na ako huminga. slow run lang ako nun but i had to stop sa 2km mark to catch my breath

-may medal pero wala finisher shirt.. sana next time meron na

-onti lang yung photographers.. wala tuloy ako pics. hahaha

 

overall, maganda yung mga winners ng Miss Bikini Philippines... este yung SlimmeRUN event for me.

had a nice LSD kahapon around 5pm start ako ng warm up sa quirino grandstand tapos deretcho na sa roxas blvd, CCP, exit na sa may worldtrade center tapos deretcho MOA since may araw na pala nun. approximately 1hr LSD from me going to quirino to MOA. sana kayanin ang ganung pace hanggang mag RU2.

yes bro, i totally agree with you maganda mga winners ng Miss Bikini Philippines..ay SlimmerRun pala! maraming water station which actually cost me some time, kasi nung una tinitigilan ko lahat, later on ko na na-realize sayang ang time (di ko tuloy na beat PR ko), ok rin ang loot bag, yes medyo konti sumali which is better, hindi siksikan, you can run freely, kaya overall maganda na rin yung Miss Bikini Philippines beauties! ay SlimmerRun pala!....pero i took the opportunity to have my picture taken with the Miss Bikini Philippine beauties.....next stop RU2!!

Was also here- all of PPDD's and Romyg's accounts/reports are accurate. Nasa harap ako actually 'nung 10K participants' warm-up. The Slimmers/Ms Bikini beauties are really trim, lean, and sexy...kaya marahil bumagal ako hmmmm! I did the 10K at 1hr 4mins- way below my personal best...
