yrrah123456789 Posted May 5, 2013 Share Posted May 5, 2013 congrats browow ambilis ng time! idol! thanks bro. actually bro nagkaroon ng errands ang organizer based sa route gawa daw ng mga marshalls so imbis na 10k naging 6.8k syacrossing the finishline. overall. oks pa din naman nothing to lose. na enjoy ko yung takbo at nakapag burn ng calories. at dagdag practice pa din pang RU2. by the way mga north runner dyan may takbo sa may 19 sa UP under coach rio 5, 10, 15k din yun kung hindi ako nagkakamali. at ang ganda ng singlet nila. Break it down into smaller segments and it won't look so long. Kaya natin to! Please remember to also practice nutrition/hydration intake.
