hahaha nagutom siguro talaga sya kasi 1st run nya.. nadaan sa kwentuhan hihi it was nice seeing you peeps after the run.. congrats to all at buti wala naman na-injured satinhopefully the other members can join next run.. 32k sa RU2? ah eh... parang ngaun palang dapat magpractice na ako Di naman daw sya gaanong gutom e. nadaan lang talaga sa kwentuhan. It was nice to do the post race chikahan with you too as well sir! bro floppy, ppdd, spirit, and ms. wyette at yung friend nya. congrats sa atin lahat. sa wakas at na-meet ko na din kayo ng personal. eto fr ko sa eventoverall 7/10 because of the route hindi siguro nila na anticipate na madaming run events na kasabay kahapon. personally, worst route yun lalo na sa along buendia ang sikip, ang usok galing sa mga jeep at BUS,, madilim, parang wala akong napansin event marshall na nag aasisst dun at medics na naka standby dun sa area. may nahulog kasing runner dun sa buendia.regarding hydration station naman. every station naman na nadaan ko may laman na ang mga cups na tubig at gatorade kahit kumpulan na ang mga runners sa station na re-replenish naman agad nila. meron din naman silang sponge at banana station along the way . na nakatulong sa lahat ng runners + points sa organizers. friendly ang mga organizers.overall ! Ok naman 1st time kong naka bonding father ko. non MTC. na achieved din naman ng father ko target time nya kahit wala syang practice. at higit sa lahat walang injury nangyari sa atin lahat. bonus na yung freebies from unilab face towel at sun visor. essential pa din yun kahit papaano.see you all sa RU2. cheers and congrats ulit sa atin lahat.Congrats for finishing the race strongly sir! At si father dear, dami nga kwento. partida pa yun ha. At non mtc. Alam nya na ba ang mtc ngaon? Nice run for RU1.... first of all... congrat to RU1 finishers... nalagpasan natin ang crowded roads ng MOA at nakaligtas sa pulikat at iba pang injury... hehe @wyette: sa army navy na lang tayo kasi mas puno ang mga mcdo pag ganitong may events... pakisabi kay Tin na OK lang sa aming mga boys na matalo sa pabilisang maubos ang burger (big burger pala)... hehehe ngayon ay maghahanap ako ng mga pictures, kahit masakit ang katawan... hahahaJoke lang po ang mcdo. Ayoko rin dun. di lang talaga kami maka get over sa army navy burger na yan hanggang ngayon sa facebook! Actually, di ako napapakain after a long run. Minsan kasi feeling bloated na from too much water intake ang feeling ko. DAY RUN 2013 RACE DETAILS:Date: April 28, 2013Venue: Bonifacio Global City, TaguigEvents: 3km/5km/10km/21km NATGEO EARTH DAY RUN 2013 REGISTRATION DETAILS: ONLINE: March 15 – 20, 2013 at http://natgeorun.com ON-GROUND: March 18 - April 20, 2013 at theNatGeo Earth DayRun 2013 Registration Kiosk, Ground Floor – Greenbelt 3 Mall, in front of the Asics store NATGEO EARTH DAY RUN 2013 REGISTRATION FEE: 3K – P5005K – P60010K – P70021K – P900 ·Race Kit includes: Water bottle, Name plate for the tree planting, Race Shirt upon registration ·21K finishers will get a finisher’s shirt after the race. ·Summit Water & Coco Fresh Natural Coconut Water will be provided along the route. ·100 Plus sports drinks will be given to all runners after crossing the finish line. floppydrive
Naku!
Shirt talaga tiningnan! Gusto ko lang makita sa natgeo run na yan ang gagawin nilang chAnges after sila na headline last year for all those paper cups scattered sa route. Kasi even after that event, di pa rin naman nagbago ang tapon dito, tapon dun sa mga race water stations e. hirap pa nun, plastic cups ang gAmit, hindi paper. Though syempre, i cannot just put the blame on race organizers. Nasa mga runners pa rin naman yun. Camera hog talaga? Parang yung 2 girls na nasundan ko?? Muntik ko nang madaganan for making a full/fool stop when they saw a photographer at the last km of the race last sunday. sa laki kong to, pipilayan ko sila e. Quote Link to comment

thedarknight
Congrats to all who ran on the Salomon Xtrail Run in Hamilo Coast. It was a succesfull event and well organize. I can say that the run is not for beginners but need a proper training to complete the technical course. My FR: Overall it's a 9/10 for me. Sarap mag trail run. Quote Link to comment
