running afficionado here what running shoe do you suggest? kahit brand lang..nike?adidas?new balance?

 

The common running shoes worn by running enthusiasts are New Balance, Adidas, Mizuno, Asics, and Nike (not necessarily in that particular order). Better if you could have your feet analyzed so you would know the correct shoe to wear whether you are high arc, medium arc, low arc, pronator, heel striker, ball striker, mid striker, road runner, trail runner, cross trainer ... Once you know the type of feet you have then you could look for the type of shoe that would fit you regardless of the brand.

i have just gotten back to running. I train 2-3 times a week. joined and finished a couple of 5k fun runs. wanna work my way up to 10k naman.
