Gamb1t Posted November 15, 2021 Share Posted November 15, 2021 If ever you will invest in workout shoes and will be lifting heavy weights I would suggest to buy non-overly soled shoes. These will make you slip and twist your ankle when doing squats, deadlifts etc. Opt for very simple shoes with minimal sole like Onitsuka Tigers. But if you're just going to be on the treadmill all day then running shoes it is. Quote Link to comment
