superfunkibey
Muscle shirt of any kind, old rubber shoes plus sports shorts or bball shorts. Don't really think there is any one best outfit, just depends on the person and on what they are comfortable with. Though I do fail to see the importance of wearing perfume when going to the gym. Then a nice pair of comfortable shoes. . Then a pair of gloves, porma if you want to call it. For it add some image and comfort when you're doin weight lifting or yun mga pull-up/chin ups. Hattori
As long as I wear jogging pants, I don't really care about the top. I've scrapped my shins from all the Deadlift, Power Cleans, and Snatches. How I wish to find a gym in Alabang where there are bumper plates and a padded floor where you can drop em plates. As for the foot wear, I've gone bare foot twice; I'll settle for leather shoes if I can but the closest I got to that are my Bellville boots and my Chucks.
