Pag tagalog nagluto ng laing, alam mo na kaagad dahil kung hindi masyado masabaw at tuyot naman. Ang taga bikol pagka nagluto ng laing talagang tamang tama lang yong sabaw. Makita mo yon gata niya buo buo pa minsan nakakapit sa laing at tamang-tama lang ang anghang. Di masyadong maangahang sa umpisa pero sa huli ang sipa pagpapawisan ka habang kinakain mo at nginunguya. I went to more than 50 restaurants, all of them offering dismal P.M., if hardly edible at all. I am seriously craving for a good serving of one. Pansit Palabok- again, went to hell and high waters,,,nada, zilch,zero. Bicol Express- Proud to be a bicolano.. but my tastebuds have proven to be a liability. I cannot seem to find the authentic taste of Bicol Express anywhere in Metro Manila. Quote Link to comment
