I am partial to Makati CBD. Advantages are job market, schools, great malls and street food.

Buy a modest one instead and then make the interior look like a hotel suite. You will save a lot of money and still get that 5-star vibe. Di na kelangan ng lotto.

 

Save Php500K for downpayment, then borrow from Pag-ibig.

I dont know if this is the right place to ask, but I am looking to purchase a condo in the south triangle area. Is that place pretty safe to walk to the MRT-3 stations? I been there during the days seems safe to walk around. I dont want to rely on Grab too much.
