chessboxin
In all respects mas convenient naman talaga ang condominium living. Nasa prime property ka, may service staff ka pa at your disposal. If it were just me, I'd pick a unit at One Rockwell over a house at Ayala Alabang anytime if you remove the "investment" factor out of the equation. If you haven't lived in both a house and a condo, you won't realize the convenience of the latter. Mas maganda lang talaga tingnan na may sarili kang lupa, nasa village ka, may garage ka etc. Quote Link to comment

P3rcival
Definitely house. If mas prominent dito yung title switching as in some parts sa Europe, pwedi pa siguro mag condo. Quote Link to comment

6666
Both condo and house have their own respective pros and cons. I, for one, have stayed in a house for the last 30+ years. Thereafter, stayed in a condo for the last 2 years. Sometimes, when you get old, you look for the convenience of a condo. Now, my house is not being used and, as stated above, prefer to stay in a condo. Boils down to personal preference and needs. Quote Link to comment
