Condo Unit Or House & Lot?

but am staying in a condo now hehe

Depends on your likes.

For me big house with huge lot. I lived 35 years in condominiums of sizes from 52 up to 80m2 with one or two bedrooms.

No more, i love waking up in the morning, take my coffee at my garden enjoy the beauty of it, take a swim in my pool and an outdoor shower, feels good, start the day with a smile. The night enjoy my wine and dine dressed as i like in the peace of my own place, smoke my cigar at my garden without all my furniture sto sting smoke.

House!!!! no need to hear your neighbor walking with high hills at the above unit, no need for the neighbor to hear you banging your other half.

Security? get a house in a medium to nice subdivision.

I prefer a house and lot... it will be owned by you indefinitely and can be passed on from generation to generation. Unlike a condominium wherein the your ownership will be determined on the building's life span. If it goes down, so does your CTC.

i'd choose a house over a condo. you have privacy, mas spaceous, mas magandang i-design

House and lot of course. I treat condo units as investments and not you can call home.

condo muna, gusto ko malapit sa work ko at sa mga shops. hirap kumuha ng bahay ngayon sa gitna ng city, IF you can even afford one.

 

pero pag may family na ako, house and lot.

House and lot pa rin. I want my future kids to learn how to play the street games I used to play before, and I really prefer having a yard for weekend barbecues. Having a yard also allows me to keep pets!

if you have 2 million and living in metro manila, better condo..why? your million can buy only small house and lot, not mentioning the security risk when your out in the house. . Your two million condo can have swimming pool, spa, gym etc..
