Tapos panget pa customer service. Yung mga tech nila, hindi trained enough to handle issues raised by the customers. Power cycle lang ng router pinapagawa nila kahit nagawa na ni customer. Yung issue naman kasi is congested sa QC ung pldt so tuwing peak hours around 7 pm to 11 pm, mataas ung latency and may request timeout. Di makapag laro sa ganitong oras. Di ata to maayos ng pldt and ang option nalang is to change ISP. Quote Link to comment

Seriously after ending a conversation and starting a new one next day basically means explaining everything to them all over again. Ever hear of back read or scroll up for more info? MrBadguy Posted March 2 Share Posted March 2 Kapag na cut yung net nyo lagi nilang palusot ay line maintenance for 24-72 hours. Tapos nangyayari pa sya tuwing weekdays. Sinong tanga ang gagawa ng line maintenance ng weekdays? Nagsend pa ako ng email sa customer service nila dahil ilang araw ng walang net sa bahay. Sabi ko iusog nila yung due date dahil di naman namin nagamit. Aba di nagreply. Kung pinairal ko lang talaga ang intrusive thoughts ko di lang ako naging kriminal baka naging mass murderer pa ako. Partida 2 dispatch pa ang pumunta nun, 1 from a 3rd party contractor who checked the fiber line and found no issues. So ang conclusion is router ang problem which needed another dispatch kse c PLDT daw mismo ang magpprovide ng router. Ayun, dumating din nmn after a few hours. Thank you, PLDT! Quote Link to comment
