dami pera ni PLDT kaso pangit talaga ugali ng pinoy kaya parepareho tayo damay damay sa crab mentality...

 

hindi naman si PLDT ang problema, ang problema yung mga nag papaandar na tao kay PLDT, mostly mga Filipinos

Mag 2 months na kaming walang internet at dialtone don sa bahay namin sa Cainta. One time nakareceive ako ng text msg sa pldt saying tinatawagan nila landline namin bakit wala daw nasagot at maraming beses na raw pinuntahan bahay namin para mag troubleshoot. Ang kaso nga lang araw araw nandon mga kapamilya ko wala naman pumupunta taga pldt mapa inhouse or outaource people nila. Alangya wala talaga sasagot sa telepono namin wala ngang dialtone ehhh..

pldt keeps on offering promos to upgrade their speeds. yet they can even have a consistent signal in the area.  tapos they want you to lock in for another 2 years pa!

Oo tawag ng tawag sa mga promo, sablay naman basic services nila. Three years straight lagi kaming may internet issue, laging 1-2 weeks bago sila pumunta at maresolve.

They are aware of their issues pero marami pa rin nag ssubscribe. Percentage wise para sa kanila, mas marami di pala reklamo kaya di pinapansin yung nagrereklamo

Disgusting service...their service staff will only do what's on their job profile.they won't get out of their way to help you ease the glitch you're into.

Sana matic na pag adjust nila ng billing statement pagnagkaron ng service problem. No need to call their call center agent.
