Kupal tong PLDT, nagapply kami dati ng myDSL tapos after 1 week kinabitan kami, nagtataka ako walang connection hanggang sa umabot ng 2 months ang sabi under maintenance daw yung lugar namin pero nagbabayad kami hanggang sa nagalit na ko sa operator biglang umamin wala pa daw talagang line ng DSL sa area namin, isang tangke na mura ata inabot ng kausap ko nun.

PLDT has the absolute worst call center I have ever called to. Their tier 1 agents are utterly incompetent and cannot even answer basic questions. Pro tip: dont bother talking to the first guy that answers, just ask for a supervisor to get a semi competent agent to talk to although half of these seem like agents that were washouts because they couldnt cut it on international accounts.

Lipat na kayo ng telco perwisyo talaga yan eh nung ESGS event nga sa SMX PLDT Fibr sponsor ng dota 2 tournament naglalag eh hahaha switch na kayo sa converge or globe fiber(which is good alternative din)

Pldt fibr lagging before or after midnight, parang sinasadya. Tapos pag tumawag sa customer service ang tatagal sumagot wala masyadong agent na pwede kausapin at pag pupunta na tech team laging hindi dun sa sinabing mong date na nandon ka sa bahay at wala man lang tawag or text na papunta surprise palagi tang inang yan! Will try to swith to converge

Kasalanan ko pa pala na di daw ako nag report agad sa problema ng phone/internet.

Eh isang linggo ko na layo tinatawagan panay recorded message lang at waiting tapos babagsakin na ako ng machine dahil na exceed ki na daw time ko sa (pag-iintay) linya nila.

 

Nag globe na lang ako at kumuha ng ibang isp

Nabawasan na ng tao ang PLDT. Sobrang tagal ng pag-visit nila for restoration ng line.

Bottom line Philippines needs a 3rd 4th and 5th giant telecom/wireless competitor to PLDT & Globe.

Ang pngit ng after sales service ng pldt. And the queue time for an agent to answer my call is so longggg

dami pera ni PLDT kaso pangit talaga ugali ng pinoy kaya parepareho tayo damay damay sa crab mentality...

 

hindi naman si PLDT ang problema, ang problema yung mga nag papaandar na tao kay PLDT, mostly mga Filipinos
