Daming kits! I was looking at some of the entries and it seems every year the bar gets raised in one or more categories. But always a pleasure seeing great works, of course.

modeller present! I do a bit of sci fi (vinyl figures and gundam) and automotive. I was at the recent IPMS shows and the dioramas blew me away! Looks like IPMS Phil is a nice place to hang out, might join the next meeting

wow! great pictures!

too bad i wasn't able to go to the exhibit.

my brother's the scale modeller, he's into armor. i tried my hand at building a tank and a warship but that was years ago. i just like looking at the models now

Really nice pix Duff! This is the first year I missed the nationals, too toxic at home and at work. I've started to reread the internet articles and I plan to work on a few kits for the show next year. Hmmmm I think I see some models that were also entered a few years back.

Saw the exhibit about 2 weeks back. Andun pa ba?

Anyway I liked the clipper ships. Matagal ko na gusto mag build nun wala lang time.

Madami na kasi ang into armor, fighter planes, etc.

 

This year wala akong nakitang sci-fi like X-wing sa Star Wars, etc.

I think it was 2 years ago na may sci-fi models...

Did you win in a category? I'm now going through my stash. Have found several that I thought I didn't have like a 1/48 Viking, Intruder, Douglas, Liberator, Black Widow, Flying Fortress. I forgot all about these! So nobody built the 1/72 Millenium Falcon? Would have loved to see that one.
