Manual Or Automatic?

ordinarily, manual for greater control...but since i don't want to self-flagellate myself in metro manila's horrendous trafic, matic...stepping on the pedal a thousand times just getting to manila from pasay is not my idea of fun driving...kaya useless ang manual sa metro :mtc:

napansin ko lang based on my own experience kasi we both have manual and automatic, sakin it does'nt matter, kahit manual or matic, nakapagdrive na ako ng manual for more than 5 hours hindi naman nangangalay paa ko, siguro matagal na kasi ako nagddrive kaya ganun, pero mas exciting padin mag drive ng manual for me

thats why we have semi-automatic sequential transmission. you can choose on the fly.

manual...as what others have said...more control but in the metro sometimes i wish my car has an automatic transmission...

but that is just on a few times when the traffic is really a disaster

I used to drive purely manuals before but since I'm not getting younger and traffic is getting worse I seem to prefer matics lately. Of course there's always a trade off like higher fuel consumption, slower accelaration etc. but I still go for matics. =)

i currently drive a manual but i do enjoy driving my dad's matic. i just find myself pumping with my left foot sometimes wondering where the clutch pedal is hehe

para sa akin .... knowing how to drive both is an advantage! pero knowing how to drive both with precision eh ibang usapan na yan! katakot takot na seminar ang kelangan pagdaanan bago makamit ang minimithing precision ü both have advantages and disadvantages, so just be a cut above the rest nalang in precision.

i prefer to drive a m/t car...i always push the engine to the limit...thats why i blew 2 engines before hahaha
