Why Are Fat People Sensitive?

Ive met a fat guy one time sa fx. He occupied 2 seats sa gitna at katabi nya ako nun. I admit nairita ako nuon katabi sya as he reeks off sweat buti na lang pauwi ako nuon. The driver wants to squeez out passengers but this man as ive said occupied 2 seats. But this driver hindi pa sya tapos and came to the point na pinagmumura nya yung fat guy. The dude didnt even bulge nakatungo lang sya all the time. Nabwisit na din ako demanding to move on since i covered the space. Ang ending pinababa kaming dalawa. We became good friends since then. Natulungan nya din ako nung walang wala ako. Surely fat people are sensitive but they also have a big heart.

Insecurity saka it is really annoying if kapag pinuna yung katabaan lalo na if they say na you should lose weight even though dahil sa concerned sila. Mahirap kasi maghanap ng motivation to lose weight. Depende rin siguro sa tao kung pano niya dalhin yung sarili niya. In my pic here sa MTC I was around 80kgs but now I lost 7kgs na and counting. Maraming changes for me (self-confidence) aside sa stretch marks lol

Obesity has many causes. Most common of which is low self esteem. A lot of people are obese because eating is an outlet for them. They are sensitive and insecure to begin with; that's why they continuously eat. Pero marami akong kilala na gym rats with buffed physique who are equally touchy. I guess fat guys do not have a monopoly of this thing.
