How Do You Keep Yourself Young

The typical routine: exercise, drinking lots of water, having a balanced diet, and regular sleep.

 

When I'm stressed I make sure that I take the time to wind down. On most weekends I go out with friends or take a trip somewhere on long holidays.

At work, I usually listen to music and daydream during lunch breaks.

i think ung pag iwas sa masyadong pagiisip ng problema.

hindi ko masyadong dinidibdib... dko naman sinasabing wag seryosohin,

pero pag nagkaka problema shempre, may time parin magpaka saya,

:D

 

bond with friends.. socialize

 

lastly, isipin na hindi ka pinanganak para

tumanda kakaisip ng mga bagay na magpapatanda ng itsura

at pakiramdam mo. ehehehe
