I've dated much older guys but they just could not keep up the conversation. They often complain about their wives too much which i could not stand. Voluntary (strongly encouraged): don't drink, avoid stress, get your protein source from white meat and egg-white, or plant protein (avoid red meat..and have a low-fat high-fiber diet.
