Have some questions:

 

1. Would you consider repairing your own car? or mas comfortable kayo dalhin sa talyer ang auto nyo?

2. Hanggang saan ang kaya ninyo?

a. Flat tire

b. Kahit anong under the hood

c. Maglagay lang ng tubig sa radiator

 

3. naniniwala ba kayo dun sa mga nabibiling mga octane booster, whatever fix-it or pang improve sa auto?

Most of the car radiators ngayon have plastic tops...nagkacrack pala ito..

 

Naexperience n'yo na ba mangyari ito sa inyo? Anong ginawa ninyo? Any repair tips na di nakakabutas bulsa?

palit na ng bago or surplus radiator....

 

ganyan din sa akin eh... nagpalit ako ... pwede mo pa repair kung may mahanap ka na pamalit sa plastic part coming from another radiator... i have spare for sentra series 2... pm me kung kailangan mo

depends on what vehicle. go to your nearest denso dealer sometimes they can replace these plastic if they are available for your specific model. otherwise check for replacement parts or surplus

depende sa sasakyan kung magkano ang radiator

 

dati may sasakyan kaming ganyan, parang ni-repair lang (mukhang epoxy ginamit) nag-crack yung taas. di ako sigurado kung epoxy talaga, kasi andun na yun nung nabili namin ang sasakyan, ang punto ko lang ay puwedeng pa-repair kung walang budget

 

kung may budget, palitan mo na.

ako minsan nagrerepair ng kotse ko, pero sa mga simpleng bagay lang tulad ng flat tire, palit ilaw, battery, clutch repair gamit ang kit, etc.

 

kung mahirap na, dinadala ko na sa talyer. pinapanuod ko yung naggagawa para kung sakali, ako na maggagawa. para sakin, sayang ang pa-talyer kung wala kang natutunan tungkol sa kotse mo, kahit konti. tsaka meron talagang mga serbisyo na hindi natin kayang gawin, tulad ng camber alignment, o kaya ECU diagnostics, etc.

 

yung mga additive nakakatulong din sa kotse, pero konti lang, wala paring tatalo sa alagang sasakyan

yes better to replace your broken radiator than risk overheating your engine which could lead to over hauling your motor

I've experienced that with my suzuki esteem ..... the only solution is to replace the radiator or the plastic top if available.

 

Tried using epoxy before but it doesn't hold .....

depende kung mga minor mechanical and/or electrical repairs lang. o kaya mga dagdag ng accessories.

 

but i always change my oil by myself. pati filters.

^the epoxy you used is the High temperature, metal-filled varieties?

Look for surplus radiators.

 

And go look for those 2 row radiators.

I'd say both. Repair my own car for minor stuffs and also to those of my knowledge.

Sa talyer if ever I need devices that I don't have for fixing my car.

This is easy. I also suggest that all car owners should know how to do this.

Tune-up and Change Oil

c.  Maglagay lang ng tubig sa radiator

Even my younger brother can do this

 

3.  naniniwala ba kayo dun sa mga nabibiling mga octane booster, whatever fix-it or pang improve sa auto?

No. My engine works perfectly fine without these crappy and expensive devices. Why should I go buy one?
