Yes, for their protection din kasi ung downpayment para sa mga bogus gm. Ung vax card hindi rin, may swab test lang sila for covid check.

Sir I can vouch for the original SM girls na now is called Juicy Nook. Have met them since last yr and never silang nanggancho

i must say boss na medyo confusing. nakita ko naman ang transition ng Stagmommas into Juicy Nook, although new generation na kasi sila before the rebranding. and as i can see nasa Manila City Girls naman yung mga Stagmommas from before 2020s. the other original members nasa group naman nina @georgiebunny. then sa ngayon wala na sa kanila ang gumagamit nung brand na Stagmommas, kaya parang risky kung kanino man magtitiwala regarding down payments. sa panahon kasi ngayon karamihan ng may down payment ay automatic na scam.

Baka naging malaki ung naging fear nila sa covid, possible pa rin kasi magkaron kahit vaccinated. Sa pag send naman ng pic, may point naman. Nung SM pa sila, nag send ako full payment 1-2 weeks before and nagsesend rin ako picture ng room number kahit na spc na ako. Di pa ko ulit nakaka avail sa kanila ngayon, tinatanong ko rin magkano ung downpayment na nirerequire nila.
