First Thing U Did After A Major Break-up?

Recommended Posts

  • 4 weeks later...

I drank 2 bottles of Redhorse (Grande), smoked, cried. Locked myself inside my room. Talked to my friends who kept on reminding me that its not the end of the world, convinced me that i still have my kids, take a bath, go to work and embrace the pain. After 2 days, I decided I have to go get my life back.

I broke up with my wife after I caught her with someone else.

I felt it was going to happen, and was preparing myself for that.

But when I saw them together in a club, I confronted my wife,

and then went berserk. As I went out of the club, I hit two

of the guy's friends, ran to my friends car who was waiting

outside. I felt so numb and so high, my heart rate was pumping.

We went into another club, and then the reality dawned,

the heaviness set in, and i felt drained. Cried, and cried,

asking what I did wrong. Asked for reassurance from friends,

and eventually, the emotions changed to anger.

The first time we broke up I got wasted and even had an accident. Then sulk, sulk some more.

After that went out with friends. She came back. I accepted her because I was that stupid.

Then we broke up again. I got wasted like before but this time it felt like a celebration. Relieved.

After that I dated again. A lot!
