My trainer makes me do a couple of sets of burpees. It really works up a sweat. no money for a gym? buy a skipping rope. it burns three times more calories than jogging. mix in some bodyweight exercises for a full body workout. I agree. When I go boxing I skip rope even if it's a bit of a challenge. Great work out. Stair climbing works, too. You can do this before, during, after office hours. I sometimes do this when I'm at the mall just to squeeze in extra exercise and get away from the crowd. Quote Link to comment
