Hydroxycut (may ephedra pa noon), Xenadrine (meron ephedra pa din noon), Muscletech Thermogain, Twinlab Ripped Fuel (ung may ephedra pa rin noon), Twinla Ripped Fuel Extreme, Twinlab Ripped Fuel 5x, Hydroxycut Hardcore, tapos sandali nagtry ako fitrum (1 week), tapos isa pang imitation ng Hydroxycut na may CLA naman (forgot the name)..

 

ang OK eh ung Hydroxycut na may Ephedra, Hydroxycut Hardcore, and lahat ng Twinlab Ripped Fuel (may ephedra, extreme, and ung 5X)...

 

ang walang silbi: fitrum - after 1 week, tinapon ko na ung tira ko. wala kwenta kasi, tapos muscletech thermogain (no effect whatsoever.. kahit nag overdosage ako wala effect pa rin)...

 

ngayon im sticking to a sensible balanced diet (carbs, protein, fats - no high this/low that plan), whey protein, ripped fuel 5x, and my favorite 5x5 program combo with HIIT cardio before shifting to GVT....

7-keto is a very very very very mild thyroid enhancer. I can't emphasize that enough! Most studies conducted on 7-keto are not done on humans so there is no conclusive evidence that this can enhance fat loss.

Avg. dose is 4 to 14 tabs a day (10mcg) This was the best alternative I've taken ever since the dismissal of ephedrine in the market. I'm currently on my cutting stage and I can tell you that this stuff burns body fat like crazy. Only side effect that bothers me is having jittery hands.

i'm not sure if this is the same stuff I'm talking about, but if it, this stuff will certainly melt the fat away, but be careful with it. Clenbuterol is a Beta-2 Agonist, this places it in the same classification as Albuterol and Terbutaline. If you don't know what albuterol and terbutaline are, they are used in asthma medicines. Clenbuterol is also associated with the same type of side effects as well; tremor, increased heart rate, nervousness, and cardiac arrhythmias in those with underlying heart disease. The side effects seem to be significantly more pronounced than in medications now used for asthma meds today. Be careful...
