troubleshooter8
I agree with you folks. No sense comparing the evolution with the civil and altis. they are not of the same level or category... peace! Quote Link to comment
fry
While both are undeniably great rides, you won't go wrong with choosing either one of them. Prospective buyers beware though, both the Evo and STi are amongst the most expensive cars to insure! This can be attributed to the fact that Evo and STi owners are more likely to crash and end up in a fiery accident compared to other drivers. Quote Link to comment
jimmen
I really like to have a REVO X its everyone dream car, but if I have the money to buy I'd rather buy a comfortable sedan for comfort and luxury. Quote Link to comment

madz_raymund
Your correct sir, dun nakukuha ng honda engines ang power nila sa pagiging high revving. actually NA engines achieve more power if they rev more, just look at the F1 engines, 3 liter displacement 700+ HP NA engine revving up to 18000 RPM. tsaka mahina sa uphill kung mababa ang torque which is common sa low displacement engines tulad ng sa type R not all NA gives more power in higher rpm, in F1 is a totally different thing, they don't use 245/245 cams or 225/225 cams, they use much aggressive cams and really high compression pistons.. of course, if you use stock cams with lower durations, lower comp pistons and soft valve springs, revving high will just stress your engine.. power band always depends on the specs and mods of the engine.. you can make power in turbo in high rpm, you can just set it to keep the boost going. but seriously, forced induction engines delivers more power thus more stress to the engine.. but i do love the sound of an engine revving pass 8000rpm.. sounds really aggressive.. as for vtec, vvti, etc... correct me if i'm wrong, but generally they're all the same, when activated the cams will adjust increasing the lift and duration of the cams making your engine run like with a semi racing cams, without vtec, honda engines can't develop that much power.. that's why too much cam grinding will just make vtec useless.. and that's why honda engines delivers good power in high rpm because of the vtec.
