Mac Users Of Mtc (apple: Go Ahead, Take A Bite!)

Recommended Posts

Hi...

I'm planning to switch from PC to MAC.

Sana kayanin ng bugdet yung Macbook Pro, kahit yung 15 inch lang.

I have a couple of questions though, hope you guys can help me out.

- Where can I get the best deal here in the Phil?

- Unfortunately, not all the apps that I am using has a version for OSX. Has anybody tried running bootcamp? OK ba mag run Windows sa Macbook?

Thanks in advance.

1. www.ynzal.com (get their add and tel from the web site. They are in QC Timog area. Look for Bong Almonguera) They sell to institutional end users only so they do not have the overhead of a mall store and also get the benefit of moving Macs at wholesale volumes.

2. According to PCWorld magazine, the Macbook Pro in Bootcamp is currently the fastest Windows computer. I have windows installed under VMware's Fusion shell so OSX and Windows ran at the same times and you can easily switch between the two using the spaces feature of OSX Leopard. I have my OSX docs folder setup as a network place in the XP side so files are easily accessible between the two OSes. I use XP to ran a portable scanner because Genius does not have any OSX support.

3. What apps are you using that you think does not have an OSX version?
