Actually, I like the appearance of the P990i better.

kung sanay na kayo sa qwerty ng p990i at yun na ang gamit nyo pangtext oks lang upgrade to p1i

pero kung dun parin kayo umaasa sa multi-tap keypad pangtext medyo kailangan munag masanay sa qwerty.

From my sources, the P1i with official warranty costs Php 26,000.00 tapos yung non-warrantied naman and wala syang store talaga is Php 23,000.00.

I used to have the P990i and it was problematic. Keeps hanging. Just replaced it with the P1i for about 2 weeks now and it's much better. Except for the camera. That sucks as it's too slow to focus.

probably i'll just wait for the lates model k850 w/ a whopping 5mpx camera..

Darn! After a week of use, I already experienced 2 times of "hang-ups"... Tsk-tsk...

 

What happened to your P1i? What exactly did you experience. I've had mine for almost two weeks (this coming thursday) and so far so good. I've had no problems with it so far.
