paolo22
slimmer's world over all is pretty good.. a real bargain for your money. though they lack in some facilities such as sauna and steam rooms, an advantage that fitness first has over them. Quote Link to comment

Naiinis ako dun sa mga matatanda pag gumamit ng Equipment hindi pinupunasan yung pawis nila after gamitn. What more pa pag nagkaroon ng Sauna and Jacuzzi. Kumpulan ng mga Gurang dun sigurado. Labasan ng mga Singaw ng Katawan yun. Bango sigurado nun. Nakakainis pa minsan sinasamantala yung pag ka Senior Citizen para mas matagal makagamit. Quote Link to comment

pogi1119
Hey, can anyone post pics/vids of the female contestants of their "Great Bodies" Contest? Thanks Quote Link to comment
prenster
I've been a lifetime member since 1997 actually but haven't been back as (as in a real continuous workout) in years. Prob is after office hours, there is just too much people. I go to the megamall branch since its the closest to the house. But when I get there at around 6pm, the earliest threadmill slot would be around 730 or 8pm na kakapagod naman to lift weights for 2 hours before doing your cardio. Quote Link to comment

boogernights
i've also been a lifetime member, since 1997, originally from the now-closed Timog branch at Sir Williams hotel. I've had my platinum card since then, but am having quite a difficult time looking for someone to work out with. I'm rather big now, and in need of a steady regimen of workouts to get back in shape, and was looking for suggestions or news as to whether they have branches in the PASAY area. Also, anyone looking for a spotter or gym buddy would help. I'm back to being a novice, I guess, and need a lot of help with cardio or strength training. appreciate any assistance provided.
