mamangkantutero
Anyone here who has tried OpenSolaris? I recently received my order of the OpenSolaris Live DVDs...actually, I ordered this (for zero pesos ) because I was more interested in having the source codes in just one go, I didn't realize it also went with BeleniX, SchilliX and NeXenta. Also heard that the next release of Solaris (the commercial version) will be based on OpenSolaris (more or less), so I'm just curious as to what makes Solaris different from, say, Debian and Fedora in terms of performance etc. Quote Link to comment

riv123
ditto...their casts are choppy they are streaming high bitrate on a small pipe makes me wonder why those station/s utilises other company's service wherein it is so easy to set-up shoutcast streams in windo$e using winamp. and to think it is normal for any company to have a broadband connection Quote Link to comment
