id6230
Profit driven is reality for capitalism and running a learning institution is not immune to the rise in the cost of living. Sadly, it is a perpetual trend unless mankind can create a new paradigm. Quote Link to comment
PhantomBlack
A really really Looooooooooooooooooong time ago my tuition fee at De La Salle University was only 3.2k per semester. The seniors were saying that my tuition was already considered expensive as they were paying around 1.5k only. Currently, i just paid 70k for mu daughters first sem tuition. This is all Cory Aquinos fault conniving with the Catholic schools to increase tuition fees without any government regulations. Quote Link to comment

schterzen
Tuition fees keep increasing every year, which is why you'll want to build a school if you want to get rich. You can increase the tuition and you are tax free. Imagine my tuition free for all subject in the first year is also the same as one subject for my last year. Quote Link to comment
Eddy Syet
I was only paying less than 500 pesos then in RTU per semester (full load). Now my kids are only in elementary school and I'm paying 30k per year for each one of them. Quote Link to comment
ilukaok
pasensiya na at wala ako comprehension sa tuition fees. i have several kids and i can not support them in terms of tuition so i started to instill on their mind starting from their young age that for them to accomplish theirscholastic goals is for them to shoot for academic scholarship. so far, dalaw na lang ang in school and wala pa rin ako tuition na binabayaran...meron pa sila allowance coming from grants from different places..... wala pa rin ako pambayad sa tuition....
